🛒 Ingredients:
• 1.5 lbs beef bone with meat
• 1 tbsp oil (olive or avocado)
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 small cinnamon stick
• 2–3 cardamom pods
• 2 cloves
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, sliced
• 1–2 green chilies, sliced
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp Ethiopian purified butter (niter kibbeh)
• Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

🍳 Instructions:
1. Infuse the Oil:
Heat oil in a large pot. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and bay leaf. Sauté until aromatic.
2. Build the Base:
Add chopped onion. Cook until translucent and lightly golden.
3. Brown the Beef:
Add beef bone with meat, and brown all sides.
4. Add Spices:
Sprinkle in coriander, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
5. Simmer with Tomatoes & Chilies:
Add sliced tomatoes and green chilies. Cover and simmer for 40–50 minutes until the meat is tender and falls off the bone.
6. Finish with Butter & Herbs:
Stir in Ethiopian clarified butter. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
