Can also do this in a Stock Pot on the stove. Simmer 4 hours. After straining, strain again through cheesecloth for a clear stock.
What setting did you use on the pressure cooker? Pressure cook or soup/broth?
I thought this had to me slowly simmered for hours to draw all the nutrients out. Doesn't the pressure cooker kill it all?

Stock looks nice, but never salt a stock. It's a base, so add salt to your soup or sauce.

Big mistake at the end tho , you're making stock , not a soup , you add salt only when making the soup not when making stock.
