Great tip! 11/10
I jus buy my Cilantro and Parsely already shredded in the season bottle quick and much faster on preparing delightful dishes.🙂
I always use them jut chop really fine
Sounds like you said both ways are good?
Well, for one thing, cilantro leaves, and stems taste delicious parsley leaves only yes you’re right but if you’re a cook, you should know that in the first place ! You should to taste it before you put it in your recipe that’s what my Mexican grandma taught me
Cilantro stems? …how droll
Mmmmm 🧼
Can't get enough cilantro 👍
Flat leaf parsley stems are totally fine.
Great info didn't know.
Ah the horror of seeing my sister insist on throwing out the crunchy parts. Thank you!
Cilantros disgusting regardless of what part you’re talking about.
In Thai cuisine, crushed cilantro roots give losds of flavour
Tune in next hour, when we find out if you can eat the white part of scallions 😂
Great short!
If only they didn’t taste like soap 🧼🤢
Short answer? Yes.
There’s more flavour in the cilantro stems than the leaf anyway.
All Puerto Ricans are like of course darling
mmmm soap
But if I saved parsley stems for broth making then it would be okay right? Please confirm.
Cilantro stems are where most of the flavor is
Glad this was confirmed because i've been too lazy to remove the whole stem.
I'd say she is A OK hehe dang.. good tip
Everybody who eats it, eats some of the stems.

Seriously… is that a question… what have we been doing in Asia for, dare I say hundreds of years especially Thai cuisine!
Sure. You could. But then you could also eat a bar of soap. Tastes exactly the same.
