  1. I just bought browning to make these beef tips. I hadn’t used it the last few times I made this. I just added 2T more of Worcestershire sauce. Does the browning need to be refrigerated after opening? Also I added it when I added the broth, is that going to mess it up and make it taste too salty? I guess my question is why do you add browning at the end instead of when the other sauces are added? Thank you! I love your recipes!

  2. How much sodium is in this recipe? I will be using light soy sauce, low sodium Worcestershire sauce, the broth will either be sodium free or low sodium. I forgot about using the Browning for Years now! It has the Umomi flavors. Oyster sauce could work in a pinch.
