2 cups of beet greens
1.5 cups of fresh berries
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1 medium cucumber
1 scoop Supergreens Protein powerder by Sakara (sub favorite protein powder)
1 cup plant milk, I used oat milk, can sub with water

Blend the greens first with a 1/4 cup liquid so they are well broken down. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend!
