Here is the recipe my bois for a "normal" amount.
5-6 ataulfo mangos pureed (about 4 cups) Water – (equal to how much mango puree you get) 1/2C simple syrup (add more or less depending on your sweetness)
Simple syrup recipe – Ā½Cup sugar Ā½ water Yeilds 1 Cup of simple syrup 1. Heat sugar and water until sugar is dissolved. There is no need to boil.
