Pulling off BBQ event for an NFL team and their families is a tall task. Especially duiring OTAs when the roster is much larger than the regular season with so many players trying to make the team. Matt Pittman, the Official Pitmaster of the Dallas Cowboys, takes you behind the scenes of what it takes to cook and serve BBQ for that many people.   3. Turkey became popular in 2020/2021 because it became cheap while beef held steady or increased. All of the turkey producers were overstocked, they start freezing birds in April, and they had to sell off their inventory. Due to the paranoia, many families cancelled their usual Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Thus, an overstock of turkey.
