Ingredients
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) )
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup vegan yogurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 and ½ cups orange juice
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
Close the lid and blend until well combined.
Tip – Thaw the frozen berries for 10 minutes for easy blending.
Pour into serving glasses. Garnish with mint leaves, edible flowers, halved strawberry, and a few blueberries and enjoy!
Notes
If you don’t have a vegan consideration, then you can use dairy yogurt too.
You can replace maple syrup with honey (not vegan), agave nectar, or sugar.
Add nut butter like peanut butter, almond butter, etc to make the smoothie even more nutritious.
Seeds like chia seeds, hemp seeds, and flax seeds are also a great addition.
You can add a large frozen banana to make the smoothie more filling and thicker.
Add powder or liquid collagen to the smoothie. Vitamin C from fruits will help to absorb the protein better.
