  1. 8-12 minutes at 425 is correct. Most recipes say 12-15 minutes at 425.

    12-15 minutes is overcooked.

Aim for an internal temperature of 125 at the thickest part, and let it rest covered for about 5 minutes.

8-10 minutes will give you the best results, for sure

  2. This is an unasked for unpopular opinion that means absolutely nothing cause you are the most gorgeous woman ever but I really don’t like Salmon is anyone else who doesn’t like Salmon cause I have seen no one hate Salmon too so I really feel creepy🥲💔

  3. 425 for that long will make that salmon hard as rock. Does any of y'all on this platform even know how to cook fish? One other form has his instructions at 400 for 35 minutes. Folks, at those temps 10 minutes is too much. This is fish, you either turn down the temp to 315 and rust it for 15 minutes or you keep it at 425 and nuke it for 8 minutes. Ain't nobody trying eat rock hard fish. Salmon is suppose to be nice and juicy like… I won't say it, but the fellas know.
