Chicken salad is a classic salad recipe with diced chicken, creamy mayonnaise, crisp celery, green onion, sweet grapes, and fresh herbs. But there’s a little something extra in my version that makes it the ultimate chicken salad – tarragon!

  2. i always used grapes,cranberries or raisins but now i only use diced pineapple! try it….an after years of using different mayo i finally found what i personally like best an hate most. BLUEPLATE #1 DUKES #0 i thought miracle whip was where it was at but nope i just like it for a tuna fish salad sammy

  3. I used a rotisserie chicken. Just pulled the skin off and shredded it. Not a fan of mayo so I used plain greek yogurt mixed with Skinny Girl Poppy Seed dressing. Didn't have any almonds but I had walnuts, so in they went. Also diced and added a crispy apple. And you were so right about the tarragon. So delicious.

  4. Looks perfect for a chicken salad sandwich. Seems like it would be very low calorie high protein too with the substitution of low fat mayo and leaving out the almonds! Either way, looks great! Gonna make this today
