HK BBQ Master is an award winning Chinese BBQ restaurant and take-out. Certainly it’s world renown because HK BBQ Master was featured a Netflix series called Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, starring celebrity chef David Chang and actor Seth Rogan. David Chang has a Netflix series called Ugly Delicious.
For lunch, we had the HK BBQ Master specialty Cantonese roast duck, the crispy roast pork with crackling skin, the juicty Chinese bbq pork with honey and the tender and delicious soy sauce chicken with ginger green onion sauce. It was so delcious we bought some extra Chinese bbq meats to take-out.
The unique feature of the HK BBQ Master is that it is located in a parking lot. The restaurant consists of a dine in area and aa take-out area. It is located in Richmond, B.C., about 20 to 25 minutes from Vancouver.
People come from all over the world to try their old style Chinese BBQ Meats. Enjoy!

Richmond is a bit far from Strathcona, that's where I assume you guys live. But it's a fun city. Bigger streets, less crowded. Feels safer. Lots of restaurants to visit.
Damn. That's a mouth watering demonstration! Rare to see the BBQ meats piping hot like that. Duck Juicy as anything.
I thought the Master retired and let his son ran the shop. I heard since the quality isn't as good as before. Maybe this is why the Master returned.

Lived in Van for 27 years…. best Chinese food…. esp the BBQ…. looking at that bbq I can see that it's second to none…. roast pork is amazing…. it's really all amazing….. it's a real struggle when your hungry trying to choose just one over the other that's why it's best to get all 4 like you did…. and the juices on the rice with ginger green onion is an experience all by itself. Great job showing this great food.

ive never had duck. how close is it to chicken? and if its similar whats the difference ?
Not a short drive. But looks well worth it. The meats look really delicious. Mom wanted that whole piece or section. They should have just given it. She came all that way to try the good stuff.😊
