Chocolate chip cookies

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup + 1tbsp Butter (129g)
1/2 cup Sugar (100g)
1/2 cup Brown sugar(100g)
1 Egg
Vanilla
1 cup +1/4 cup Flour (185g)
1/2 tsp Baking powder
Dark Chocolate chunks
Salt

Brown the butter in a saucepan on medium to low heat
Cool completely before using

Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate the cookie dough for at least 30 mins or overnight

Bake at 175°C for 12-14 mins
Cool them on a wire rack
Sprinkle w salt and enjoy!!

* don’t touch them immediately after taking them out of the oven as they’ll still be soft
They’ll harden once they’re fully cooled*
