Dark chocolate and coffee can add flavour to a chilli recipe.

It's not that Green Bell Peppers are just economic. Red, yellow and orange bell peppers are also economic. The reason Green Bell Peppers are used in Chili's is because of how preferred and flavorful they are in a Chili!👌
