Ingredients
1 young chicken
1 tbsp Thyme
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp onion powder
1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp creole seasoning or any poultry seasoning
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp adobo seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsps unsalted butter
2 tbsp oil oil
Bake on 340 degrees for 1 hour

Good recipe. However, 1hr at 340 degrees gets you a raw chicken that hasn't reached 165 internal.

I made this with my first home-grown chicken. It was AMAZING (but didn’t have adobo seasoning). It was wonderful. But then, when I went to find this again, I couldn’t. One thing I must note, it does not take 1 hour at 340F. It takes about 2hrs tbh.

The only thing eye did different was took a needle to it and injected it with more of the flavor
Making today made it before yesss it was great came out the same as the pictures that eye had to make again this year

Great gosh this is easier than cooking pieces that are already cut up one thing I do to simplify the whole project is I take a large shaker like from Laurie's and then I mixed together in advance and I always have this next to the stove in the kitchen I then mix all of my garlic pepper salt pepper garlic salt all different kinds of stuff mix it together and then you can use it around the house every time and you don't have to mix and mature and get 10 things dirty you got 1 large shaker put it in all the stuff you like Then you'll shake it out as me'd be thank you young lady have a great holiday
