  1. Regarding food storage containers, I like the standard round plastic deli containers. They're both disposable and reusable, dishwasher safe, the lids are all the same for the one-cup, one-pint and one-quart containers. The containers nest in the cupboard and stack in the fridge and freezer. You can see what's inside without opening them. If you have something in the back of the fridge that's so gross you don't even want to keep the container, no loss, it's disposable.

  2. I actually own both the Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster Oven and the Breville!! The Breville Smart Oven is orders of magnitude better. I never use my regular oven, and I've only used the Cuisinart twice. The Breville does everything perfectly. It's one of my favorite appliances I have ever bought

  3. Your reviews are solid and thorough. I apreciate the clarity of opinion. I do think that there might be other reasons someone wants some of the smaller items or those that could be asssitive. And, I don't think it is harmful to mention. I cook for myself or for 2. I have the beginning of a general tremor. Others have arthritus and maybe the tradeoff with a small chopper is helpful? And, always recommending pans that are good when cooking for 25 seems a bit out of touch for the demographics of today. Almost 30% of the population lives alone, the highest ever noted in the US. The nearly 40 million of us don't make Sunday Gravy for 42 people. We do enjoy your work and find it helpful. Thx

  4. Lisa, something must have been wrong with your Cuisinart air fryer. It will absolutely burn a piece of toast at any setting past 4 o'clock on the dial. Mine's been doing great on mulitple tasks since 2022. I usually have to take about 10% off the recommended cook time because it's a bit too enthusiastic about its job.

  5. I find it interesting that no prices are listed. Could it be that Prime has different pricing for different people? Indeed, it does.
Does Google analytics decide what you will be willing to pay based on your socioeconomic status, shopping history etc? Indeed, it does.
Is ATK knowingly participating in this bull$h!T for a profit? Indeed, they are.
Shame on you ATK, shame on you indeed.

  6. The problem with good wooden cutting boards is that they tend to be heavy and bulky (I have two Boos cutting boards). Look carefully in the video and they are washing it in an industrial size sink, something a lot of houses don't have.

  7. If you're one of those who hate AI and what big tech is doing to wipe out your privacy like flock then STOP buying schlock you don't need even better DON'T SHOP ON AMAZON.
Is the convenience worth it? In actuality, getting rid of prime made me spend less because the quick buy one thing stopped. Amazon have shafted small businesses by stealing other's products via Amazon basics which is essentially the same as Chinese knock offs. It's the same sales MO. And you are contributing to it. Buy nothing!! Have some self respect. Buying stuff at perceived cheaper prices here is why we pay so much for everything today and fearful of tech overlords taking jobs.

  8. Last year we opted for the Rubbermaid Brilliance Tritan Plastic Food Storage Containers BPA Free airtight lids instead of glass b/c it chips and doesn't stack well plus they`re less expensive. With everyday use the plastic is still clear and like new and don`t shatter when dropped. These lids seal like no other.Just ordered 5 more of the 3.5 cup Tritan for %23 off Prime Time.

  9. What happened to Amazon shipping? All recent Orders take a week or more. Used to be in a couple of days. I get third-party Sellers taking longer.

Now I see next-day options at nearby lockers, with no added cost. Will have to try that.
