MANGO MOUSSE
– 1/2 cup whipping cream (sweetened)
– 1-2 mango purée
Take whipping cream and whip until stiff peaks. If your whipping cream is not sweet, then you can add in powdered sugar as per your taste.
Once you achieve stiff peaks, add in your mango purée, you can add mango purée as per your preference (as much or as less as you want)
Serve this chilled.
