Wow cool I always wondered how to cook potato mash in the microwave oven without the skins on.
I thaw my chicken in room temp water in 30 mins or less. I'm in no hurry I steam my veggies in my Salad Master pots and pans that I have had since 1978, that my mother bought me. My daughter has my mothers Salad Master set from 1953. I cook my meats over the stove or oven. Microwave ovens cook the nutrition out of your foods. convection ovens cook even faster than a micro wave.

great easy recipe. Who wants to heat their oven on these hot Summer days? we like to make our stuffed peppers in the microwave…or brown them in the air fryer…. first steaming the peppers to cut down on cooking time. The microwave is an under-rated way to cook….. oh forgot to ask… how do you get your grout so clean?
