Thank you for watching my best pellet smoker brisket video. On this video, I smoked an overnight unwrapped brisket on my Lone Star Grillz pellet smoker to see if in fact it produces an offset smoker type flavor. The results were clear as daylight.
Thanks for watching

Thick slices….youre my hero
What gloves do you wear underneath the nitrile glove
Time to do a LSG against the Yoder YS640. I’m currently debating between the two and could use a tie breaker!
Have you ever made a brisket from Belgian Blue beef? Rumor is there is a rancher is West Texas that has Belgian Blues. I love a super lean, yet moist brisket.
Absolutely agree, I love my pit boss 5 rack pellet smoker, ribs turn out mind blowing amazing
dude your killing it with these vids! ain't no one doin vids on this grill like you homie
Ordered mine 13 weeks ago. Got an email yesterday saying they were starting my build this week. It's kinda like buying a suppressor. Gotta spend alot of money and then wait. However when the time does pass and you get your item your so happy you pulled the trigger and spent the money back when you did! Should have mine in a week or 2 now. So Excited!!
Wow! That looks fantastic. I ordered some of the pellets.
I thought you were supposed to wrap them at 165🤔
I saw the truck with the sticker on the back and boom. Aye aye😂EP STRONG
Do you prefer wrapping in foil vs butcher paper for holding/resting?
Goat 🐐 stuff man. Hello from another El Pasoan 👍
Looked absolutely delicious brother .
Joe did you get a chance to use these pellets in your yoder, thoughts? Im having trouble with these pellets in my amazing tube, I cant keep them lit unless I mix 60% bbq delite and 40% pecan
Put that
Lone starz up against rhe Yoder ws640
Thanks for the video Joe! Once again, the LSG Pellet Grill comes through! I'll be doing four briskets at the same time next week on my 42.
Can you control the smoke coming out of it?
Damn, I wish I had the cash. Maybe next year
Very nice !!
Another banger, nice video.
How much them smoker thingymabub cost partner?
Was sliced awfully thick, was it over done?
I find amusing how different people smoke meat ! Looks great!
Joe – I really liked the Yoder smoker you used in the past. Do you think the LSG is a better pellet smoker for taste and efficiency?
I have a lsg but my Pitts and Spitts 1250 puts a better brisket. Love them both tho.
I really enjoyed your video, curious if you went with the 36" or the 42" grill? Thoughts? Thanks again on a great demonstration!
Been an lsg owner for 3 years now. If you're not running a probe at the grate then you're relying on the built-in probe which runs ~20 degrees hotter than the grate.
So your 215, is actually closer to 190 at the meat.
I run probes on the grate and use them to "control" pit temperature.
Looks amazing! Thanks for sharing! What model smoker is the LSG?
was the secret to a good juicy tender brisket? i've done some that turned out ok. i've tried some that was really good, but kinda dry. but recently i had some brisket from one place, that was super tender and juicy.. i just wonder what the secret is?
Joe, I'm cooking a prime Creekstone Farms brisket next Tuesday for friends.
I'm going to try the overnight method on my LSG after watching your video………..and I will be using Smokin Pecan pellets!!
Joe, i am drooling here. This looks amazing
Great trim job… Hate when I get a brisket like that.. Final product looked great!
Great timing. I’m smoking an Angus choice on my LSG tomorrow. Using smokin pecan with hickory wood chips. Going overnight with mine for lunch Saturday.
Sir, you're late to the game, got my LSG pellet since over 3 years but i'm glad you finaly made it, LOL, BTW Brisket looks great
So do you no longer have your Yoder Smokers?
after watching your other lone star grillz pellet videos i placed my order ! thanks joe
Are you paid to promote the pellets? Would like to know for transparency purposes.
Great video! What is the exact model of that Lone Star Grill?
Can someone tell me where I can buy an LSG I'm in Wisconsin I've googled it and can't seem to find one any info would be great
Perfection!!! So no spritzing the entire smoke??
To Smokin' Joe, home of the biggest bite in BBQ, I declare you can cook as good as anybody on YouTube. And thanks to Lone Star Grillz for a pellet smoker than rivals offsets in smoke production. Unlike many pellet smokers on the market, it is built heavy enough to retain heat and provide consistent temps throughout long cooks, even in cold weather.
I’ve had a pellet grill since 2017 and it’s funny how everybody used to hate them then but now everybody loves them way more than they used to
They come in handy and just like you demonstrated they have their place
Jeez that looks great. Just started getting into smoking a month or so ago. Still a little intimidated to do a brisket because they aren't super cheap and I don't want to ruin it but man this looks so good.
Great job
🇧🇷
I ordered my Lone star pellet smoker in July! Can't wait till it comes in! keep up with these great videos!
How many pounds was that brisket? I have the same grill and I am interested in doing a brisket, using the exact same method.
Loving the video here in the uk. Just a question for a possible video but can you cook something on your LSG using a different brand of pellets like treager just to see how much smoke that awesome machine pumps out? Could be a good comparison video.
@SmokinJoesPitBBQ Seems I most always have a little tear on the slice. I must be taking them a bit too done?
