Hi guys! Here’s my favorite Pork Binagoongan recipe. This savory-salty and delicious dish is always a hit in my household. It’s pork, stewed and simmered in salted shrimp, tomatoes, and vinegar to name a few. I added lemon juice and brown sugar to balance the saltiness of salted shrimp and add more flavor to the dish. It’s really good. hope you’ll give this recipe a try. Thank you very much for watching.

  2. Many thanks for sharing this pork with bago-ong at adding a vinegar will preserve the foods longer hindi mapanis ka agad ang kahit anung linuto at saka if u marinate any kinds of meat added a small amount of vinegar it will help tenderise the meat! 😊
