  1. Try ordering your stone crabs, and their mustard sauce, from Joe’s Stone Crab on South Beach, Fl. They are the town’s oldest continually operating restaurant. Either the #1 or #2 volume restaurants in the country at one time.

  2. wow, indonesian condiment, never knew would find it in this channel haha, anyway bro, just use the sambal for the dip without the mayo. It's good anyway but we indonesian doesn't traditionally eat mayo😅 great video and pronounciation of that oelek (the "oe" pronounced like u in uber, the "lek" is spot on)

  3. Is there a reason you added the granulated garlic near the end? From my experience, adding it near the beginning helps the grains get enough time to absorb moisture and 'bloom' to allow the flavor to permeat more of the sauce. Im an amateur when it comes to food and cooking in general, so i could be wrong, but id love to hear your thoughts on it!
