There has been a little commotion in the Food World lately about "juicing and smoothies": That they have lost the value by putting them into a machine, that "destroys" the original state of its forms, that "maybe" is making them devalued of its vitamins and minerals! I, for one does not believe it, because, the forms of the fruits "juice – casing" does not mean anything, like, having an effect on the cell parts of the human body, it's just a "carrier"! What's important is, is that the juices are being accummuated!
