Trying this shit tonight. I'm a pro at frying some chops but never tried them the way you do. Will report back and let ya know how many in the house love it. Happy New Year.
Hell yeaaaa
Can I use whole milk instead of butter milk? What if I put butter in it? Please reply fast I want to cook these for dinner today if I can.
Good ole fried pork chops. A southern tradition.
How much oil did you use
I want you for my chef if I ever hit it big
Thank u for the easy receipe . And knowing when to flip and how much oil to use is awesome. If people don't know how much oil to use that will ruin a good chop and I've done that many times
Perfect recipe. You cooked them just right. I saw another Pork Chop video and the meat was still pink.
That looks amazing
Thanks for sharing, my late step-father always made this delicious chops every Friday when he was off, every Friday we knew what was for diner. The ingredients,
buttermilk, cast iron skillet, this is classic southern food. I was not born in the US but growing up on southern food we all grew twice the size than our
counterparts in southeast Asia. Non of us are overweight, just taller, big bones, easy to throw on muscle when we trained it was all due to southern food. My other siblings
do not care anymore for southern food but I learn how to make it and can have it anytime. These chops go so well with collard greens and baked sweet potatoes.
Can I use regular milk if I don’t have buttermilk
I came back to see this again. Damn that crunch is no joke brother. When you bit into the chop.
Made these tonight a little worried if they would be flavorful but they were great. Crunchy, and delicious. 4 min on each side is perfect amount of time. 👍
I just made these and I'm telling you, these were the best, most flavorful pork chops I've ever had! My husband loved them (and that says a lot!) I'm so glad I found your recipe, thanks so much for sharing! I'm already adding it to the recipe box.
Now you’ve gone and done it. I have to run out to Publix now to pick up buttermilk.
You don’t use bread crumbs? I never made chops without the crumbs
Looks good!
The best video I've seen
