On today’s episode of Cooking with Tovia I’m going to show you how to make the best white bread recipe you’ll ever had in your bread machine. If you don’t have a bread machine, simply combine all the ingredients and knead the dough for 5 to 6 minutes and double rise then bake 425 degree F. oven for 30 to 45 minutes. This bread is very tender but study for sandwiches, which is perfect.

Ingredients:
1 cup warm water no higher than 119 degrees F.
3 cups bread flour or all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 package instant yeast (2 teaspoons bread machine yeast)
1/4 cup vegetable oil, olive oil or unsalted butter (room temp)
*if you’re using active dry yeast, you must proof the yeast first. Simply proof the yeast using the 1 cup of water, then follow the directions recommended by your machine’s instructions.
