    Recipe
    1 cup (250g) Yogurt
    1/3 cup (110g) Condensed Milk
    1 pinch saffron
    1 tbsp Milk

    ⭐️Tie yogurt in a muslin cloth over a sieve and put some weight on it for 30mins so that excess water can drain from it
    ⭐️ Whisk the hung curd, condensed milk and saffron soaked in warm milk together until smooth
    ⭐️ Pour in a 5inch tin lined with parchment paper and place it in a steamer on medium heat for 18-20mins until set
    ⭐️ Cool to room temp and refrigerate for few hrs. Garnish and serve cold.
