   3-4 onions

   1/2 tsp turmeric powder
   1 tsp salt
   1/2 cup water

   1/2 cup oil
   2 tomatoes
   Dry Spices 👇
   1 tbsp red chilli powder
   1 tsp turmeric powder
   1 tsp coriander powder
   1 tsp cumin powder
   1/2 tsp garam masala powder
   1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
   1/2 tsp salt
   1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
   1/2 cup water
   1/2 cup wisked yogurt
   Green chillies
   Coriander leaves
