Pro Tip…for smaller amounts of espresso buy espresso in the ese paper, 7 grams each and they are foil wrapped so they stay fresh for up to 3 years.

I had my first few tri tips just last week here in Michigan. first time ever seeing them. first 2 I cooked like a steak, second 2 I slow cooked like a Brisket. OH MY LORD they were incredible!!!
