Love you guys but this is not traditional birria at all, peppers need to be strained afterwards unless you want to flush the system. Looks good either way

I made this today. It was outstanding. Highly recommended. Beef shank is an under-appreciated cut. Make sure not to skip frying them up on the cast iron at the end.
