BLACK GRAPES SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

45-50 black grapes, frozen for 3-4 hours
6 ripe bananas, peeled, cut into 2 inch pieces, and frozen for 3-4 hours
2 cups roughly chopped pineapple
2 cups coconut milk
For topping
1 ripe mango
1 kiwi, peeled
Fresh Pomegranate pearls as required
Desiccated coconut for garnish
Pineapple triangles for garnish

Method

1. Peel and cut the mango into cubes. Similarly cut the kiwi into cubes.
2. Add frozen bananas in a blender jar, add black grapes, pineapple, and coconut milk and blend into a smooth paste.
3. Transfer in individual serving bowls, arrange some mango cubes, some kiwi cubes and place some pomegranate pearls on top of the smoothie. Sprinkle desiccated coconut and garnish with pineapple triangles. Serve immediately
