I'm trying to figure out why I would bother with making a mess on my griddle when I can use a cheap charcoal grill. They are super cheap and practically disposable. That seems like a lot of work to clean up the griddle.
Question, doesn't that type of heat make your griddle warp or uneven on the surface??
Anyone else feel they could have eaten all those skewers on their own? 🙂

Maybe use a large diameter skillet to hold charcoal.for grilling on deck. Or use a small skillet for few charcoal to light smoke chips while the Griddle lid is in down position to “cheat smoke” whatever heated on flat top. ???

That is a bee! Early fall in the mountains of Colorado we were stung often while fielddressing Elk we had shot with a muzzelloader and another with a bow. At the time I didnt know they were attracted to blood. They sure got our attention! 😳
