Be careful overdoing the chia seeds and the seeds in the blueberries. You do NOT want diverticulitis!
Due to the number of carbs/sugars in the Coconut Water will sub that out, also I use frozen avocado (doesn't go bad like fresh avocados do) other than that great smoothie. Thanks.

Pre_soak your chia seeds for easier digestion. If you have any digestive issues, never consume chia seeds raw. They have a naturally protective coating on the seed that pre-soaking helps break it down for better absorption of the nutrients.
All that spinach will make you evacuate like a racehorse.
