Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 medium ripe banana (frozen in chunks)
1/4 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
optional toppings (coconut flakes, chocolate chips, nut butter, etc.)

Directions:
1. Add the frozen banana, frozen blueberries, and nut milk to a high speed blender or food processor.
2. Blend until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved, stopping to scrape the sides as necessary to aid blending.
3. Scoop the blueberry banana ice cream into a serving dish.
4. Add whatever toppings you’d like.
5. Dig in and enjoy!
