Blueberry Smoothie by @mrunalthakur
This will keep you full for longer and this one is rich in antioxidant filled with berries. You can also add honey or choice of sweetener for the taste. I have skipped it though.

🫐 RECIPE 🫐

Ingredients:
1. Oats 2 tbsp
2. ⁠Milk 1/2 cup
3. ⁠Yoghurt 2 tbsp
4. ⁠Blueberries 10
5. ⁠Strawberries 5
6. ⁠Almonds 5
7. Dates 2
8. ⁠Chia seeds for garnishing

Process:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. ⁠Garnish with chia seeds and enjoy!
