1 Chicken Breast
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp butter
1 onion, finely diced
200ml chicken stock
165g Boursin
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Serve over mash or pasta
Try using heavy whipping cream instead of the cheese and you won’t be disappointed
U forgot to add some blow on top for finishing
Stop with the cheese and go healthy raw ingredients. Fake cheese is disgusting and bad for you.

How long do you cook the chicken once you put it back in?
I would probably use a bit less boursin maybe half, because the cost kinda adds up. It seems fine as long as the amount of sauce is reduced as well.
Edit: they are kinda expensive at the place where i normally find them
