  1. 1 Chicken Breast
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, black pepper
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 tbsp butter
    1 onion, finely diced
    200ml chicken stock
    165g Boursin
    1 tsp Dijon mustard

    Serve over mash or pasta

  2. I would probably use a bit less boursin maybe half, because the cost kinda adds up. It seems fine as long as the amount of sauce is reduced as well.
    Edit: they are kinda expensive at the place where i normally find them
