Brad saying " I like a floury bottom" with Andy there killed me
Brad low key gives me Julian Solomita vibes….
This content was what made BA worth watching. The only shows y’all have now are “Recreating” and the wine guy. That’s it. Freaking miss Brad.
We all know you needed to fix some internal problems but you could have grown new people out of brads show.
Y’all’s stuff is boring now.
To bad BA had that whole racial scandal because it’s just not the same now days?I miss these old episodes
Love how adamant she is about seam side up, when most pro bakers I know and I have read say seam side down so it becomes the top.
4 years later and this classic is recommended
Oh Brad lol. He's so loveable 🥰
you can check the PH of the starter.
4.2-3.9
above 4 is best,
"I don't know how bread doesn't cost like $35"
That's how I feel whenever I make bread, but really it's more time than labor. You spend maybe 20 minutes mixing, kneading, etc. Then the rest of the time is just waiting.
Maybe somebody could post the actual recipe? So I don't have to hit pause and jot it down?
I want to make SD, but my attempts at making starter keep failing.
I always forget to comment no matter how many times I watch this: I totally relate to Brad’s “hand burning” sensation. Not sure what it is? It’s not painful, it’s almost like tingling (?) during the mixing process with the autolyse.
Brad is actually hilarious, they way he talks to vinny and everything. well done
How o make Italian rice ball

Watching these two making bread is like the kid who did the book report that never read the book.
Everybody in the business knows you don’t say the 2 or the 1 when you count down on television. Come on man.
The hydration on this recipe is absolutely wrong… by about 100 grams.
INFO ON THAT HOODIE!!?? Brad?! Patagonia? What color is that?
It's interesting watching this after upper management got sacked – they really liked to needlessly insert themselves into other peoples' videos, didn't they…?
whoever edits these has such a great sense of humor, 7:20 was gold
I have fallen in love with this channel
"Bread-Steak"😂😂😭
The camera man is too distracting and too much editing. I had to stop watching this.
The editing on this video will always cure my depression
This gives me 2 kids in science class energy
My my! So complicated! And so many dishes and gadgets. For one or two loaves! I bet you’ve simplified this process since!
