Ingredients
1⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup chili oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons green olives
2 tablespoons parsley
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
Chop up the sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and parsley into small pieces

Add olive oil and chili oil to a bowl then add in the chopped tomatoes, olives, parsley, capers, lemon zest, and salt

Mix everything together until fully combined

Drizzle balsamic vinegar on top
