  1. Nice alternatove for bread, but it is NOT 5 min. The prepping and baking together take at least 45 min, so would be honest to adjust the title. 
    And is it low callrie with so much nuts & seeds in there?

    In Germany we love bread and there are so many recipes and special varieties.
    Watching them here makes me hungry 😊🥰
    Oh, and the egg spread can also be deliciously refined with fried onions and finely chopped tomatoes and peppers.
    For those who like small cubes of meat, you can also mix them in according to preference. 😊
