Bread Poha💛
Cook time: 15 min
Servings: 2

Ingredients & Method:
Bread, cut in cubes
In a pan add oil- 2tbsp, mustard seeds – 1tsp, curry leaves, garlic – 4 or 5 chopped, green chilli – 1, onion – 2 chopped and saute
Then add Tomato- 1, chopped
Add spices- chilli powder + turmeric powder + garam masala + pav bhaji masala – 1/4tsp each and salt – 1tsp
Then add bread pieces
Mix everything well
Add corinader leaves
Cover for 5 min so bread can absorb the flavours and flame should be off
Serve hot and enjoyy!! 🙂
