Recipe
bread flour (sifted) self raising 530 g
milk full fat 370 ml warm (about 40°C). If you want to bake a vegan bread substitute milk with nut or soy milk.
salt 6 g
vegetable oil 30-40 ml
Bake in a preheated oven for 35 – 40 minutes at 180°- 190°C.
