*Ingredients and step by step recipe:*
250 milliliters warm water (1 glass).
1 1/2 teaspoons salt (8 grams).
Dissolve salt in water.
380 grams flour (2 1/2 glasses).
Add 3/5 flour and stir with a spoon.
Add the remaining flour and knead the dough with your hands.
Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes.
The dough is soft and does not stick to hands.
Cover and let dough rest 15 minutes.
Finely chop a small bunch of onions.
100 grams unsalted butter (1/3 glass).
Crush 1 large garlic clove.
Melt butter over low heat.
Sprinkle flour on the table.
Divide the dough into 6 parts.
Make balls.
One of the easiest recipes I have ever made.
Keep the dough covered while you work with it to keep it from drying out.
Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin.
Rolled dough diameter 30 centimeters (12 inches).
Brush the dough with melted garlic butter.
Add some green onions.
Take something with a diameter of 15 centimeters (6 inches) and put it in the center.
Make 6 cuts.
Now make a flatbread.
Roll out a flatbread with a diameter of 20 centimeters (8 inches).
Cook over medium heat.
Put the raw bread in a preheated pan without oil.
Cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
The flatbread will puff up a little, this is normal.
Cover the hot bread immediately with a kitchen towel.
This will make it soft.
If you have left garlic butter, you can grease the breads with it.
Garlic bread turns out 7-layer.
