  1. I made a variation of these recently, but I mine went a little more Tex Mex. I substituted chorizo instead of brisket, and they turned out surprisingly well. Either way, both options are great and would recommend — 10/10.

  2. Bradley you must try the Bullett Bourbon Special Edition Cask Strength.60% by volume, but let it mellow with a large ice cube for a few, and your patience will be rewarded with great flavor, I get wonderful vanilla s from the cask.
