Whenever I make penne pasta, I throw some broccoli in for the last minute of boiling. Usually just eat it with vegan butter and nutritional yeast/salt, but I like the idea of squeezing on some lemon juice too! 😋
YAY! some who knows about nutritional yeast! I use it in my son's mac-n-cheese, he's autistic and a super picky eater so it's one of the few ways I sneak more nutrients in his foods.
