Super fail, used pork neck and reduced the cooking time. Followed the recipe. Meat came out hard and nothing like the pulled pork it looks in the video. The pork released all the juices into the pan.
I make a brown sugar meat loaf.e everyone loves so I bet. This would be awesome.
