Hello friends here my cinnamon buns dough recipe.
Ingredients for cinnamon buns dough
1.1kg of bread flour
200g of butter lightly melted
200g of sugar
15g of dried yeast
15g of salt
1 teaspoon of ground cardamon

cinnamon buns are more bread like and sometimes include nuts while cinnamon rolls are made of pastry. (i'm not an expert i'm just guessing lol)
