To mei think this is more Indian curry than Burmese See byan. The ingredients lean more towards Indian which is so spicy than Burmese.
Nice Recipe
Too much spices with the amount of beef. I’ve never seen Burmese beef curry has that much marsala and also put graham marsala. You put roasted spices then graham Marsala and also add cumin powder at the end 🤔 Your recipe is more of Indian influence than Burmese style. I’m passing this recipe.
