  1. Their Menudo is the best. Deep, savory and buttery Menudo! Guisada gravy is the best – they put the RUE in that gravy – the nutty behind the spice makes it the best!

    The only time I am willing to drive I10 from SA to Seguin is to eat Burnt Bean. Puro South Texas BBQ.

  2. Those brisket huevos rancheros looked mouthwatering!! RIP to your mom brother! Me and my mom watched your El Paso brisket recipe using Claude's and it came out soo delicious! My mom had never made it. It's always been my tias to make it for Thanksgiving or Christmas. So we looked it up and found your video. 👌👌😅 My mom's 70th birthday is coming up on the 21st of this month and she wants me to make her some texas style smoked brisket because she loves that nobody in the extended family can make it as delicious as me! 😜 And guess who my go-to was when learning to smoke up a brisket??? * points a big fat finger straight at you * hehehe.   3. Wow! That brought back some memories! My first wife and I lived in Austin and had friends in Seguin, Kosciusko, Cestohowa, and Karnes City. Wish this place had been open like 40 years ago when we were regular visitors to the area! It looks wonderful.
