Idk what’s in it, but combine some orange juice with oregano, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, some brown sugar, S&P, and minced jalapenos or chipotle dust (and maybe some cilantro if you like it) and you’ve got a carnitas-style sauce for next time. Give it a try!
