Butter Chicken | रेस्टॉरेन्ट स्टाइल बटर चिकन | Punjabi Main Course | Recipe by Archana in Marathi

Ingredients:

1/2 kg Boneless Chicken
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
6 tbsp Curd
1 tsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil
4 tsp Butter
4 tbsp Cashew Powder
Puree of 1 Onion & 1 Tomato
1/4th Cup Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Mix Masala
Water

Method:

– In a large bowl marinate the chicken pieces with red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, curd, vinegar, black pepper powder & salt.
– Keep the marinated chicken aside for 10 minutes.
– In a pan heat some oil.
– Cook the marinated chicken pieces well.
– In another pan heat some butter.
– Add cashew powder and mix well till it changes color.
– Then add puree of onion & tomato. Mix well.
– Add tomato ketchup & mix masala. Mix well.
– Add the cooked chicken pieces to the gravy.
– Add water and mix well.
– Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
– Butter Chicken is ready to be served.
