Ingredients:
Marination:
Boneless chicken- 500 grams
Ginger-garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Hung curd- 180 grams/ 3/4 cup
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Salt- to taste
Oil- 3-4 tbsp
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
(mix well and marinate for minimum 30 mins)
(roast well in little oil until we get mild chart flavour- Medium- high flame)

Masala base:
Butter- 1 tbsp
Cloves- 5
Cardamom- 2
Cinnamon- 1/2 inch
Bay leaf- 1
Onion- 2
Tomato- 3
Ginger- 1 1/2 inch
Garlic- 8-10 cloves
Kashmiri Red chillies- 4
Cashew- 10- 12
Kashmiri chilli powder- 2 tsp
Coriander powder- 3/4 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Salt- to taste
Water- 1/2 cup
(Cook well and grind to paste)(strain the grinded paste)

Butter chicken:
Butter- 1 tbsp
Green chillies- 2 slit
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 tsp
Grinded paste + water- 1/2 cup (add more if required)
Roasted chicken
Fresh cream- 1-2 tbsp
Kasuri methi- 1 tsp
Coriander leaves- Handfull
