Written Recipe

Ingredients:
Butter: ½ cup
Curry leaf: 1
Whole red chilies: 4-5
Whole garam masala: 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tbsp
Tomatoes: 4 (paste)
Fsh masala: 1½ tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
Garam masala: ½ tsp
Boneless fish: 750g
Water: 2 cups
Fresh coriander (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Heat butter in a pan and add the curry leaf, whole red chilies, and whole garam masala. Sauté briefly.

2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.

3. Mix in the tomato paste and roast for 5 minutes.

4. Add fish masala, salt, turmeric, and garam masala. Roast the spices for 7 minutes.

5. Add the fish pieces and fry for 5 minutes.

6. Pour in 2 cups of water, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.

7. Garnish with fresh coriander.

8. Serve and enjoy!
