1 Dozen raw prawns, approx. marinated or not
2 tbsn olive oil
1 tbsn butter
1 tbsn garlic, crushed or finely diced
1 tspn plain flour
1 cup hot water
½ cup milk
3 to 4 tbsn cream
1 tbsn mayonnaise
1 tspn black pepper, ground
Pinch salt, to taste
1 tspn chilli flakes, a 2nd in last 2 minutes
2 tbsn finely grated cheese
½ tspn oregano, ground
2 tbsn coriander, fresh, or parsley

Cook the prawns (sorry im an aussie) at the very last minute on a smoking pan. The pan needs to be hot as hell. Drop the prawns in, cook them for a minute and then add them to the sauce and serve. 🦐 🤙
